“Most importantly- they did a super job. The car looks great and feels like new. They were very thorough. I brought the car to them at 12:30 and it was ready at 5:00. I think they got to my car last. I'm happy I did not need the car before 5.
I would definitely pay for this service again.
But I feel that the communication could be improved. It would be nice to know when they expect to finish the work.”

“I paid an extra $50 to have sunthetic oil removed from my trunk, and it was not removed. There were also some other stains that were not removed in the car's interior. I expected much more for the amount I paid, and expect this situation to be resolved. I will be awaiting a call from management in the next 24 hours.”
