“The most obvious dirt was removed, which is great, but smaller stuff like the cup holders were left sticky and the steering wheel was dusty. It also looks like the outside wasn’t cleaned at all. There is still lots of visible dirt and a bird dropping on one of the windows.”

I also had a paint stain in the back that I fully didn’t expect them to clean (I even told the technicians they didn’t have to) and it is fully gone.
